THE CLUB IS CURRENTLY NOT ACCEPTING NEW MEMBERS AND THERE WILL BE NO NEW MEMBERSHIP LOTTERY HELD IN 2023.

The 2023 Membership Renewal period runs between September 1, 2022 and December 31, 2022.  All memberships expire December 31, 2022. Dues must be paid or postmarked no later than December 31, 2022. There are no exceptions. The 2023 Dues are $150.00.

 

We realize there were issues with mail delivery in the past, but this year there will be no exceptions for late membership renewals.

 

It is the member's responsibility to follow up on their renewal. 

 

If you contact me prior to December 31st, I will work with you. Do not contact me in January following- up on your renewal because it will be too late. There will be no exceptions. Renewal period begins September 1st, so you have four months to square away your membership renewal. Please take advantage.

Current dependent members wishing to become full- members must attend the general membership meeting in January 17, 2023 at 7:30pm.

The dependent must be accompanied by a parent, have proper I.D and proof of age, a school completion document, completed 2022 dependent membership renewal forms  along with a check in the amount of $150.00 check, made payable to Souderton– Harleysville Game, Fish & Forestry Association.

 

A dependent son or daughter is defined as someone who is all of the following:

 

• Out of school, or the military, and no longer living at home

 

• Was no longer dependent on their parent’s support in 2022

 

• 24 years old or younger.
